Meal Kit Mondays

Select Mondays during the academic year

Make meals faster and easier with a meal kit from the Campus Recreation Dietitian on select Mondays! Each week, four delicious and nutritious menu options are provided. Choose your favorite one (or more!), and receive four servings. With pre-portioned ingredients and an easy-to-follow recipe card, you'll have dinner on the table in no time!

Cookwell Classes

Select dates during the academic year

This 1.5 to 2-hour cook-along class features 2-3 unique recipes. Participants will gain cooking skills, learn a new recipe and have a meal to enjoy at the end of class. New topics are explored each semester.
