Meal Kit Mondays
Each 1.5 to 2-hour cook-along class features 2-3 recipes and is led by a member of our team to educate and assist every step of the way. Participants will receive a cooking demonstration, cook in small groups, and have a meal to enjoy at the end of class. New topics are explored each semester. These classes are held in the Wellness Kitchen at the Recreation and Wellness Center on East Campus.
