CookWell & Meal Prep 101 Classes

Wellness Kitchen in the Rec & Wellness Center

The Wellness Kitchen is a great environment to cook, learn, and expand your culinary skills. These monthly interactive cooking classes allow you to hone your inner chef and connect with others on campus. Each month we will explore a new topic and prepare recipes.

CookWell Classes

$10 per person

This is a 1.5-2 hour class that focuses on culturally diverse recipes. For a $10 registration fee, participants will create one meal of three recipes (one serving per recipe) per class. New themes and regions are explored each semester.

Looking for a party or group activity? We offer a wide variety of classes from cooking for heart health to cooking on a budget. Each person will be involved in the cooking process, and everyone will take a meal home at the end of class.

$25 per person

Kitchen Rental

Rent the Wellness Kitchen for your next party, team building activity, or staff meeting. Includes access to all kitchen supplies and equipment including ovens, gas stovetop, instant pots, blenders, a microwave, and much more.

$50 flat fee + $14 per hour
