Small group training offers a unique opportunity that combines group fitness and personal training in one. A certified trainer will work with you and your group to make specialized workout programs based on your group’s goals. This is an affordable option for you and a group of friends/colleagues/etc. to work together to reach your fitness goals.

Cross Training

Our cross-training class takes individuals through a total-body functional workout incorporating active warm-ups, low-impact cardiovascular exercise, balance training, strength training, stretching, postural, and core strengthening.

Fit N Food

A great option for anyone looking to gain a general knowledge of nutrition and exercise. Gym sessions will cover exercise techniques, gym etiquette, and principles of programming. The two cooking classes will cover the basics of cooking and meal preparation.

Strongman Prep

This class is for anyone interested in training for a strongman competition or looking to try something new. You will be introduced to many of the events that take place in a typical strongman competition. Workouts will utilize unique pieces of equipment like Atlas stones, logs, yokes, and more.

Women+ Strength Training

Women+ small group training sessions are specialized to help participants improve on a group-specific goal related to strength, balance, hypertrophy, or endurance. Each session will be a fast-paced 60-minute workout to help teach proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique, and routine.
