Strongman Prep
This class is for anyone interested in training for a strongman competition or looking to try something new. You will be introduced to many of the events that take place in a typical strongman competition. Workouts will utilize unique pieces of equipment like Atlas stones, logs, yokes, and more.

Women+ Strength Training
Women+ small group training sessions are specialized to help participants improve on a group-specific goal related to strength, balance, hypertrophy, or endurance. Each session will be a fast-paced 60-minute workout to help teach proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique, and routine.
