Frequently Asked Questions about Meal Kit Mondays
What if I can’t make the Monday 4:30-5:30 p.m. pickup time? |
---|
You may pick up your meal kit(s) anytime after 5:30 p.m. whenever the Recreation & Wellness Center is open until the end of the day the following Thursday. |
Where can I park? |
Gray = C lot (permit required) Purple = visitor/metered parking If you have an A or C lot parking permit, there are lots to the north side of the Recreation & Wellness Center. If you do not have a parking permit there is one visitor parking spot on the southeast corner, near the entrance of the Recreation & Wellness Center. There is also guest/metered parking just past the A and C lot towards the west. There is also parking in front of the Ruth Staples lab. |
How long can I wait to cook my meal kit(s)? |
Thursday is the last day a meal kit is considered safe to cook/eat to ensure food safety and quality. |
What if I have a dietary preference, a food intolerance, or a food allergy? |
When ordering a meal kit, there is a field to include any dietary preferences or restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. |
Are any of the kits gluten-free? |
There currently aren't any gluten-free guaranteed meals but there are many meals that happen to not include gluten-containing foods. Order at your own discretion. Most ingredients will be listed on the website when ordering a particular meal kit. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the Campus Recreation Registered Dietitian. |
