Ab Lab
Power your way through this 30-minute core-focused workout. This class will challenge your body through exercises that target your abdominal muscles from every angle.
Barre
Barre combines Pilates, yoga, dance, and strength training. Using equipment such as dumbbells, Ballet barres, and resistance bands, this class focuses on balance, strength, and endurance through unique techniques and movements.
Bootycamp
Power your way through this 30-minute booty-focused workout. Using resistance bands, sliders, and body weight exercises to strengthen the hips and glutes.
Dance Fitness
Dance Fitness brings out all the vibes from 2000s music to current tunes. Participate in dance routines that incorporate strength with modifications to meet your fitness goals. You will leave class feeling confident and empowered.
Cardio Sculpt
Take your workout into overdrive with Cardio Sculpt, focused on building strength and cardiovascular endurance. From dumbbells to resistance bands, jump ropes to bosu balls, this class will challenge your agility, power, and coordination.
Cycle
Enjoy the cardiovascular and low-impact benefits of cycling. Rides involve heart-pumping hills and electric endurance segments at varying speeds and resistance.
Cycle n Core
Prioritize your cardiovascular endurance and core strength in this Cycle n Core class. This class fuses a shortened ride on stationary bikes and an efficient, abdominal-focused workout.
Fit Box
This circuit-style class focuses on functional fitness training to target the full body. Using kettlebells, TRX® straps, and slam balls, take your HIIT workout into overdrive outdoors. Rain location is the South Studio in the East Campus Recreation & Wellness Center.
Meditation
Meditation is beneficial for reducing stress, controlling anxiety, and enhancing focus. Begin your meditation journey in this class, which prioritizes body and breath awareness.
MixxedFit
This people-inspired fitness program combines explosive dance movement and boot camp toning with all genres of music, including hip-hop and pop. Dance along to upbeat and familiar songs, utilizing repetitive and easy-to-follow moves.
Mobility
Mobility combines static stretching and dynamic movements to increase stability, strength, and range of motion at the joints. Incorporate this class into your workout routine to improve recovery, body function, and overall performance.
Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact exercise that uses controlled movements to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and center the mind. This class is taught to the beat of the music and utilizes various pieces of equipment: resistance bands, lightweight dumbbells, gliders, and more. The six Pilates principles are at the forefront of each movement throughout the class: centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow.
Pop Pilates
Pop Pilates is a low-impact exercise that uses controlled movements to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and energize the body. This class is taught to the beat of popular music and utilizes various pieces of equipment: resistance bands, lightweight dumbbells, gliders, and more. The six Pilates principles are at the forefront of each movement throughout the class: centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow.
Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a fast-paced cardiovascular workout that strengthens the body and mind. Build endurance, strength, and flexibility through high-impact poses in this Power Yoga class.
Qi Gong
Qi Gong, pronounced chee-gong, is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercises. These classes will cover the basic concepts of Qi Gong: posture (stances), relaxed deep breathing, flowing movement, and a basic understanding of the mind-body connection. Classes are designed to cultivate body awareness, reduce stress, improve balance, and prioritize flexibility.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga allows your body and mind to rest and recharge. Emphasize rest and stillness in this restorative yoga practice.
Rhythm & Flow
Rhythm & Flow is a yoga class centered around soundtracks with some of the best Rap and R&B hits. This yoga class will be a combination of finding your breath, flow, core, and beat, all to new and old-school tracks.
Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga is meditative. It emphasizes peace and calm in body and mind. Poses are held longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose. Slow Flow is accessible to lifelong and new yogis.
Sound Bath Meditation
Embark on a journey to self-discovery through Sound Bath. This meditative experience allows the body and mind to be “bathed” in sound waves. The intention is to change and balance energy through various frequencies with crystal singing bowls that cultivate a state of harmony. Experience deep relaxation, an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, and inner peace.
Spin n Barre
This fusion class combines the intense cardio challenge of cycling with the toning benefits of Barre. Spend 25 minutes on the bikes before leaping into a 25-minute burn at the barre. This class will challenge your entire body.
Spin n Flow
Unleash your inner balance and strength with a fusion of high-energy cycling and fluid yoga flows. The flow will focus on stretches and movement patterns to open up the hips, release the back muscles, and relax the body and mind.
Spin n Strength
This fusion class combines the intense cardio challenge of cycling with the toning benefits of strength exercises. Enjoy the benefits of a well-balanced strength and cardio workout in this Spin n Strength class.
Step Aerobics
StepIt is a simplified, modernized, energized step aerobics program that has revolutionized the old-school step format. It is a high-energy, low-impact fitness class. Each class incorporates toning/sculpting and choreography that makes every class feel like a party.
Total Body Tone
This session targets every major muscle group using weights, physio balls, gliders, and resistance bands. Attend Total Body Tone for a strengthening and energizing workout that prioritizes the lower body, upper body, and core.
TRX®
TRX® is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer™, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.
TRX® Sculpt
TRX® is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer™, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. TRX® Sculpt additionally utilizes dumbbells, resistance bands, and kettlebells to achieve a total body strength workout
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin Yoga, the poses are held for a long time, typically three to five minutes or longer. Poses target the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, as opposed to the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.
Yoga
Yoga is a spiritual practice that connects the mind, body, and breath through physical postures (asanas). Asanas are complimented with yoga straps, blocks, bolsters, and blankets. Breathing exercises and meditation take place to promote mindfulness and listening to the body.

Yogilates
This class combines the flexibility focus of Yoga with the strength movements of Pilates. Yogilates provides a space to flow through Yoga poses and into low-impact exercises to strengthen muscles and improve flexibility.

Asanas are complimented with the use of yoga straps, blocks, bolsters, and blankets.
