This 3-week beginners program introduces participants to mindfulness meditation. Meditation is beneficial for reducing stress, controlling anxiety, and enhancing focus. Participants will explore body and breath awareness meditation, guided meditation, and meditations for emotions, pain, and trauma. Techniques explored include RAIN, mindfulness, and movement meditation.

The class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Class Descriptions

Group Fitness classes

Ab Lab

This 30-minute blast class puts you through a vigorous core workout that targets your abdominal muscles from every angle.

Cycle Express

Enjoy the cardiovascular and low-impact benefits of cycling. Our cycling classes involve heart-pumping hills and electric endurance segments at varying speeds and resistance.

Cardio Sculpt

Take your workout into overdrive with this session focused on building strength and cardiovascular endurance. You will utilize different pieces of equipment from dumbbells to kettlebells to keep your body constantly adapting each week.

Yoga Sculpt

This is a fast past yoga flow that incorporates resistance, strength, and cardiovascular training all within traditional yoga sequences.

Cycle n Core

Need to work on your cardiovascular endurance but also need to switch up your ab routine? This is the class for you! Enjoy 35 minutes of cycling where you will put your cardiovascular endurance to the test followed by a 15-minute ab routine to help strengthen your core!

Cardio Dance

If you like Zumba® & Hip Hop, you’ll love Cardio Dance! This class provides continuous cardio using a combination of current music & high-energy dance moves.

Cycle

Enjoy the cardiovascular and low-impact benefits of cycling. Our cycling classes involve heart-pumping hills and electric endurance segments at varying speeds and resistance.

Pilates

This is a class focused on low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.

Pop Pilates

This is a class focused on low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Each week, the Pilates practice will be guided by popular songs.

Bootycamp

Power your way through this 30-minute booty-focused workout. Using resistance bands, sliders, and body weight exercises to strengthen the hips and glutes.

Barre

By combining movements from Pilates, Yoga, Dance, and strength training, this class will help you take your fitness and wellness goals to the next level! Using equipment such as dumbbells, Ballet barres, resistance bands, sliders, and more, this class will push you to work on your balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance in ways like you never have before!

Yoga

This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness, and listening to the body.

MixxedFit

People-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movement and boot camp toning with all types of music from hip hop to pop fresh upbeat and familiar utilizing repetitive and easy-to-follow moves.

Total Body Tone

This session targets every major muscle group using weights, stability balls, gliders, & resistance tubes, spending extra time focusing on the core muscles.

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is an exciting fitness class that engages multiple muscle groups & will be sure to leave you feeling stronger than ever.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga is meditative. It emphasizes peace and calm in body and mind. Poses are held longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose. Slow Flow is accessible to occasional yogis and people who are newer to yoga.

TRX®

TRX® is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer™, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.

TRX® Express

TRX® is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer™, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. This class is 30 minutes.

Pound Fitness

Become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with Yoga- and Pilates-inspired movements.

Spin n Barre

This fusion class combines the intense cardio challenge of cycle with the toning benefits of Barre. Spend 25 minutes on the bikes before leaping into a 25-minute burn at the barre. This class will challenge your entire body!

Spin n Flow

Bringing the best of both worlds together here in this fusion class that combines 30 minutes of cycle followed by a 20-minute yoga flow session. The flow will focus on stretches and movement patterns to open up the hips, release the back muscles, and provide the body with the TLC it needs.

Tone n Flow

This fusion class combines Yoga and the use of TRX® straps. Challenge your Yoga poses in this flow by using body weight to complete exercises.

Barre Flow

This class combines the functional movements of Barre with the mindful poses of Yoga. Try out this challenging yet restorative fusion format to tone and stretch your muscles.

Cardio Dance w/ GE

Grovey Effect is a dance fitness format that is challenging, fun, energetic and incorporates HIIT, all to some of the greatest top hits!

Qi Gong

QiGong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercises. These classes will cover the basic concepts of QiGong. Posture (stances), relaxed deep breathing, flowing movement, and a basic understanding of the mind-body connection. Classes are designed to improve body awareness, increase focus and improve balance and flexibility, it also helps to lower stress & anxiety.

Sound Bath Meditation

Join us on a journey to self-discovery through our Sound Bath. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. The intention is to change & help balance your energy through various frequencies through our crystal singing bowls that create a state of harmony. You will experience deep relaxation, an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, and inner peace. This experience takes place on the floor. While equipment will be provided, please feel free to bring your own yoga mats, blankets, and/or pillows for your comfort.

Spin n Strength

Can’t decide between strength or cardio today? This class blends the two in order to help you be efficient with your time and enjoy the benefits of a well-balanced workout of strength and cardio. Spend half the class chasing your fitness goals on the bike while the second half you build strength off the bike utilizing dumbbells.
