Campus Recreation is pleased to offer a simple way to register for group classes, programs, and events. Setting up your ActiveHusker account is quick and easy.

Accessing Your Account on the ActiveHusker App

The mobile app is the most convenient way to register for group classes, programs, and events. Through the app you will have your access card and will receive notifications about facility updates, features, and other announcements.

UNL Students, Faculty, Staff, and other Affiliates

SSO is not available on the mobile app. Please follow the steps below to use the app.

  1. Open the ActiveHusker App on your device.
  2. Select “Create an Account.”
  3. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and e-mail address associated with your Campus Rec membership and select "Continue."
    Note: This is most likely your “.unl.edu” email address.
  4. Enter the verification code that will be sent to your e-mail address.
  5. Select a new username, password, and then confirm the password.
  6. Finish entering your contact information and select "Next." NOTE: You will not be able to change some of the information.
  7. Enter emergency contact information and select "Next."
  8. Add Family Member accounts you want to be linked to your profile or select "Skip."
  9. Read the Liability Waiver, check the box, and provide an e-signature. Then select "Next."
  10. Your account is now set up and you will log in using the username and password just created.

Alumni Members and Retirees

You must activate your account through the online member portal before using the app.

  1. Open the ActiveHusker App on your device.
  2. Enter your Username
  3. Enter your Password.

Accessing Your ActiveHusker Account Online

UNL Students, Faculty, Staff, and other Affiliates

  1. Visit the online Member Portal.
  2. Click the “SSO Login” and enter your credentials.
  3. Click “View My Info” to verify your information and make changes if necessary.

Alumni Members and Retirees

  1. Visit the online Member Portal.
  2. Click the “Access My Account” link in the top right corner.
  3. Enter your first name, last name, and e-mail address associated with your Campus Rec membership.
    Note: Please enter this information exactly as you previously had. This is how we verify your account.
  4. You will receive an activation e-mail to verify your account and you will be set up.
  5. Once your account is verified you will log in using your e-mail and new password.
