When it comes to exercise and well-being, I'm a firm advocate of the real food, strength training, and a strong mind-body connection. When we choose to fuel our body with real, whole foods, incorporate strength training into our fitness routine, and learn to truly listen to the signals our body is sending us, we become our healthiest selves. I have a passion for helping clients discover these principles for themselves through personal training, health coaching, and leading group fitness classes.

Interests outside of training:

Outside of my time in the gym, I enjoy cooking, writing for my blog, watching HGTV, spending time with my family, walking outside, and reading and researching as much information as I can about the latest information on nutrition and training! I'm always looking to learn.

I believe that exercising at least 3 times a week promotes a more positive lifestyle and overall perception of things happening in life. I love doing anything outside. Biking, hiking, running, walking, camping, fishing, etc. I also love being around my family, friends, and of course my dogs. I am also a member of the UNL Flagline so football season is a big commitment for me but I absolutely love doing it.
