The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People ™ - Effectiveness is not about doing things differently...it is about doing different things. This workshop will provide in-depth discussion of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, using the book and teachings of Dr. Stephen Covey.
- Associates (Introductory) Class = 10 hours
- Signature (Advanced) Class = 24 hours
- Time Management Strategies (1.0-3.0 hours) - Develop strategies for more effective use of time, as well as prioritization strategies for more effective decision making.
- Organizational Mission/Vision Development (4.0-7.0 hours) - A working session to develop a living Mission and Vision for your organization/department.
- Leading at the Speed of Trust (TBA hours) - A close look at your organization and how low trust can sabotage your effectiveness. Asking the right questions, practicing the right strategies, and focusing on effective communication.
American Red Cross Health & Safety Classes- Variety of American Red Cross classes can be offered for groups needing C.P.R., First Aid or A.E.D. training.
- Adult CPR (1.5 hours) - Adult CPR/Obstructed Airway - Conscious & Unconscious
- Adult CPR/AED (2.0 hours) - Adult CPR/Obstructed Airway - Conscious & Unconscious and Automated External Defibrillator
- Adult/Child/Infant CPR (3.0 hours) - Adult CPR/Obstructed Airway - Conscious & Unconscious; Child & Infant CPR/Rescue Breathing & Obstructed Airway
- Standard First Aid (3.5 hours) - Basic First Aid and Adult CPR (see above)
- CPR for Professional Rescuer (3.5 hours) - Adult/Child/Infant CPR with Two-person CPR & Bag-Valve Mask
American Heart Association - The following class is offered to groups in the Health Care Profession only.
- Health Care Provider (3.5 hours) - Adult /Child/Infant CPR with Two-person CPR & Bag-Valve Mask
