Aqua Fit Classes
For beginners to advanced. An amazing workout for your abdominals, thighs, and buttocks. The fast-paced tempo increases your heart rate for fat burning and cardio strength. We'll use water paddles and aqua dumbbells to tone muscles. Combo of shallow & deep-end exercises.
Summer Session: June 5th to August 4th

American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim teaches aquatic and personal water safety skills to children (ages 6-11). A skill assessment will be performed on the first day of class to determine individual skill levels. Participants will then build on their basic skills to learn various propulsive movements on the front, back and side. They will learn to refine different strokes and build endurance as the levels increase.
