Bike Shop
The Bike Shop provides the UNL Community affordable pay-for-service repairs by trained staff to keep you and your bicycle on the road.
The Bike Shop is in the Outdoor Adventures Center:

Tune Ups and Checks
Safety Check
$10 Students/Members
$20 General Public
- Visually Inspect: frame, tires, handlebars, stem, brake pad wear, and chain for wear.
- Check and Secure: handlebars, headset, crank arms, seat post, wheel pedals, stem, and inflate tires.
- Check: brake pads, hub tension, brake levers, and bottom bracket.
- Lubrication: lube chain.
Basic Tune Up
$40 Students/Members
$75 General Public
Includes Safety Check plus:
- Adjustments: brake pads, hub tension, lateral wheel true, brake levers, bottom bracket, front derailleur, and rear derailleur.
- Clean and Lubrication: wipe down drive train, wipe down frame and fork, lube chain, lube front derailleur, lube rear derailleur, and lube cables in housing.
