National Women's Health and Fitness Day

U.S. National Women's Health and Fitness Day is celebrated every year on the last Wednesday of September, falling on September 27 this year. It's a special day to promote the importance of health awareness and fitness for all women.
This year, Campus Recreation is excited to offer multiple classes and events throughout the day to help celebrate and promote women's health.
We are taking advantage of the national day for women’s health and fitness as an opportunity to help bring more women into our fitness spaces, present them with multiple dimensions of wellness, and help remove the negative associations many people have with the weight room environment.

Small Group Training
Join us for a small group personal training session in the CREC Strength Training & Conditioning Room. Groups will have a maximum capacity of 5 individuals.
These 50-minute, full-body workouts are with a personal trainer and four friends. These sessions are for individuals of any experience level and are a great way to try new exercises or bring someone new to the gym.
