A Certified Trainer will work with you and your group to make specialized workout programs based on your group’s goals. This is an affordable option for you and a group of friends/colleagues/etc. to work together to reach your fitness goals.

Women+ Strength Training
Our Women+ small group training sessions are specialized to help participants improve on a group-specific goal related to strength, balance, hypertrophy, or endurance. Each session will be a fast-paced, 60-minute workout to help teach proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique, and routine.

Functional Fitness
Our Small Group Functional Fitness class takes individuals through a total-body functional workout incorporating an active warm-up, low-impact cardiovascular exercise, balance training, strength training, stretching, postural, and core strengthening. These workouts will take place outdoors at the Fitbox on East Campus.
