Well on Your Weigh! is a 3-step weight management program that will help you start and maintain your weight-loss efforts. The complete program is broken into three steps and participants can start at the step they feel best accommodates their fitness level.

Summer Session

Meant for those with a Body Mass Index over 27.5, this interactive, group lifestyle program teaches you the skills and knowledge needed to manage your weight in a healthy, fun and safe environment. This course provides:
      • Monday nutrition lunch-and-learn
      • 'Better Than Before: Mastering the Habits of Our Everyday Lives' by Gretchen Rubin
      • Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday exercise sessions
      • Unlimited access to a dietician & exercise specialist
      • Pre- and post-nutrition consultation
      • EveryMove and MyFitnessPal team
      • Personalized attention to meet your goals

Nutrition for Weight Management
May 18 – July 31, 2015
Mondays | 12:10–12:50 p.m.
A series open to those in the UNL community interested in weight loss or weight management techniques. This weekly educational series will provide on-going motivation and tips on healthy eating, goal setting and making daily choices to support weight loss. A pre-, mid- and post-nutrition assessment will be offered to each participant. The webinar series is recorded and available to access at a later time if scheduled times are not convenient.
This course provides:
      • Online access to nutrition education or join us for Monday nutrition lunch-and-learn
      • 'Better Than Before: Mastering the Habits of Our Everyday Lives' by Gretchen Rubin
      • Weekly nutrition check-in's via phone, email or MyFitnessPal
      • Weekly weigh-ins
