3-Week Nutrition Series
Have you ever struggled with fad diets? Come on over to Campus Recreation-Wellness Services and learn how to stop dieting and discover the true source of your uncontrolled hunger. Discover how to eat when you are hungry and quit when you are satisfied.
This interactive class will utilize the book “Intuitive Eating” to guide weekly discussions and experiential learning.
Class will be led by Registered Dietitian and certified Health Coach, Karen Miller.
