Beginning Golf Lessons
Class is designed for beginning or novice golfers to learn the basics. Sessions will be held at a variety of locations. Access to transportation is required. Materials, green/driving range, and club usage fees are included in the class fee.

Empowers families and professionals to provide nurturing touch-building stronger, more loving bonds with children and encouraging developmental movement. At least one parent or guardian must accompany each child, but both are welcome.
Introduces the fundamental skills and techniques in the art of karate. Karate encourages proficiency and keen coordination of mind and body. In addition to learning self-defense techniques, objectives include the development of composure, clearer thought processes, deeper insight into one's mental capabilities, and increased self-confidence.
An informational class which will help a person become familiar with basic massage techniques. This is a hands-on class and participants are encouraged to wear casual and comfortable clothing. It is recommended that participants sign up as a pair.
American Red Cross Adult C.P.R. and A.E.D. Training
this course reviews and instructs procedures for adult choking and CPR training. Completed training provides a two-year American Red Cross certification. Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) is a device to supplement CPR when a victim has no evidence of circulation.
Learn the waltz, swing, slow dance, country two-step, Latin, and disco steps. Class instructor will adapt the types of dances taught according to the interest of the class. It is recommended that participants sign up as a couple.
