The following items/activities are not allowed: food, drink, water bottles, gum, tobacco products, drug use, alcoholic beverages, spitting and dangerous weapons (as defined by the University's Student Code of Conduct).
Appropriate athletics footwear is required to be worn. Only white or light-colored soled athletic shoes are allowed on wood floors and mats. Sandals, open toed shoes, boots, and hard-soled shoes are prohibited.
Wooden staffs are allowed so far as the user does not strike bags, walls, mirrors, or floors.
Throwing / kicking of objects is prohibited i.e. balls, sticks.
Patrons must remain at least five (5) feet from mirrors during activities; avoid touching or leaning on mirrors.
Youth age 15 years and younger must be accompanied and directly supervised by parent/guardian.
Personal training of patrons, either individually or in a group, is only allowed with a designated employee of Campus Recreation
Failure to abide by these policies and regulations, those printed in Campus Recreation General Policies or requests made by any Campus Recreation employee can result in ejection or suspension of building and program privileges
