All ODED academic classes consist of Meeting Dates and an associated Field Experience which takes place over a weekend. Field Experience locations vary from local trips in Nebraska to regional trips in locations such as Minnesota, Colorado, Missouri, and Arkansas.

Indoor Rock Climbing

Goals:
The goal of this introductory course is to build a basic foundation for rock climbing which will allow the student to climb indoors comfortably and effectively.

ODED 100A - Canoeing 951

Goals:
This course is designed to introduce the student to canoeing and canoe camping with an emphasis on building fundamental canoe skills. This course is designed for the novice canoeist. The goal of this introductory course is to help students develop basic knowledge and skills necessary for safe and comfortable canoe travel/camping while minimizing environmental impacts.
