About Kim:

I am the Assistant Director of Wellness Services & Fitness Programs for UNL Campus Recreation and serves as chair of the Chancellor’s Committee on Wellness. I have been in the health and fitness industry for 18 years serving in various aspects of wellness, including: cardiovascular health, obesity and disease prevention, personal training, group fitness, stress management and holistic wellness programming. I am a busy mom with 3 kiddos and 2 black labs—and one hubby J. My favorite motto is “what doesn’t challenge you, doesn’t change you.”

About Amanda:

Amanda received her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from UNL in 2013. She completed her internship and became a registered dietitian in 2014. Sports nutrition and weight loss are her areas of interest. She enjoys showing clients how their favorite foods can fit into a healthy diet.

About Katie:

I graduated with a B.S. in Dietetics from UNL in 2012 and I'm currently pursuing an M.S. in Nutrition and Health Sciences with an emphasis in Community Nutrition and minor in Leadership. As of November 2014 I am a certified Registered Dietitian. I really enjoy working with special populations such as those with diabetes, as well as with weight loss. I also like working within the community promoting nutrition and wellness. I want to encourage people to live an active, healthy lifestyle!

About Courtney:

I received my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Science from UNL in 2015. I am currently working on my Master’s in Community Nutrition. I am Certified Personal Trainer, and I love helping others find their way of incorporating overall wellness into their daily lives.
