How to Enter:

Step 1
Secure an official entry form from 56 Campus Recreation Center on City Campus or 32 College Activities Building on East Campus.

Step 2
Complete the form and return it prior to the appropriate deadline date listed on the calendar page. Entries must be filled out completely and correctly.

Step 3
If entry/award fees are applicable, they must accompany the entry form(s) or they cannot be accepted. The fees are also listed on the calendar page.

Step 4
Team entries accepted after the deadline will be assessed a $5.00 late fee. Campus Recreation reserves the right to refuse any late entry.

Step 5
New players cannot be added once the league season has ended and a team enters playoffs. In team tournaments which do not have league seasons, teams may add new players through semi-final games.
