Do you have friends you like to exercise with? A trainer can work with 3 to 6 people with small group training. It is recommended that your training partners be of a similar fitness level. Group assessment will be included as part of your first session.

Campus Recreation personal trainers are certified personal trainers and/or those working toward degrees. Specialty training areas include: sport specific programs, medical referrals, weight management, strength programs, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility for all fitness levels.

Registration & Information

All assessments and training sessions are scheduled by appointment only and are available at both the Campus Recreation Center and EC Activities Building.
