Fleming Fields Employment
Fleming Fields Supervisors will be responsible for the daily operations of the Fleming Fields Recreation Complex. Duties include operating the concession/retail store and supervising rental groups during the summer sports season. Applicants with outstanding hospitality service to patrons, money management skills, guest services experience, current food handlers permit and the ability to work in a team environment are preferred. Starting wages are $8.00 an hour. Applicants will be required to be flexible in scheduled shifts due to possible rain delays and extra innings that are frequent with baseball season games.
Husker Summer Camps Employment
Thank you for your interest in Campus Recreation's Summer Recreational Day Camps program. We have an exciting summer planned for Husker Kids and Husker Adventures and are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic summer staff to make it a success. We have many positions to fill for this summer, so please complete the application and indicate which of the listed positions you would be most interested in. The application deadline is Friday, April 1st, after which the initial review will begin. All applications should be returned to Campus Rec main office (55 CRec) or East Campus Activities Building (32 ECAB). We will be contacting applicants beginning Friday, April 1st, to arrange for an interview, taking place the week of April 4th. Please be aware that employment is conditional upon employees undergoing a full criminal history background check. Employment may be revoked based on the results of the screening. Camp dates are from Monday, June 6th – Friday, August 5th.
